Great in theory on my review.

These are sturdy little bells, and I liked the idea that they wouldn't damage the wall or door like the hanging bells are prone to do. However, with the rubber base, there's no way to anchor them down to the floor (e.g., with a 3M strip). So they quickly became our puppy's favorite toy to pick up and chew, throw, etc. Had to abandon bell training because of that. It would be great if there were an option to have a plastic or metal base (without the rubber strip, the metal is too thin to secure anything to it).

Aids in house training for new puppies and kittens

Cons

The bells may not be useful for pets who are already house trained
