I checked it out before I started the install. This photo shows my concern. The camera and mount obscure the state name (probably NBD) but I want my tag's expiry date to be visible. I saw a picture of a camera mounted underneath but this setup wouldn't look clean on my machine. I think my picture can be useful for someone. I was looking for this shot before I bought this camera. So I risked it without seeing him. If I could even find a picture of the device attached to the top edge of the license plate I would understand whether it would work or not. well made and nicely packaged. I don't know if you have the same problem with your status tag, but it won't work for me.
