Review on ChannelNet by Mike Bigglesworth

I enjoy that this platform is constantly evolving to fit our needs as we grow into new territories. They are always looking for ways to improve upon what already exists in order to provide better service (and more business). It’s very easy to use; no training required! We can access all of our inventory from any device with an internet connection anywhere at anytime. The tool does not have room set up specifically for small businesses like ours so there are some limitations but those things seem easily fixable if needed. This software has helped us keep track of all of my contacts and leads which was previously difficult since many people do not carry contact info anymore or don't know where to look online.
