Defective quick connector
The quick connector stays open when connected to the low pressure port. Ball bearings will fall out to the point where the slide will not slide down and snap onto the fitting. I thought I'd take a chance if Orion had good reviews for their other products, but this was a huge disappointment. Returning for a refund - they don't appear to be available for purchase.
