Not very happy with the whole process.

Bought this main unit for my husband's birthday. He enjoyed it for the first month, then let out a yell and switched off. He checked the fuses, restarted the computer, but nothing. He's so unhappy, you know. He can't even put his factory radio in because he had to rebuild it for a new one. He just wants to send a new block so we can send back the broken one. It's so frustrating!
