The device I received had Android 7.1.2 but the description says this device has Android 9.0. At first, the seller offered to send me a firmware update, but later said that he could not provide a firmware update. Instead, they offered me to buy another device. INDEED? What is Customer/Product Support?

Bought this main unit for my husband's birthday. He enjoyed it for the first month, then let out a yell and switched off. He checked the fuses, restarted the computer, but nothing. He's so unhappy, you know. He can't even put his factory radio in because he had to rebuild it for a new one. He just wants to send a new block so we can send back the broken one. It's so frustrating!

Supplied with suspension. Fits my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. Looks factory. LOVE IT. Works as it should and pretty fast. Use my phone as a hotspot and launch Spotify directly from the device. It is also possible to use Google Maps at hotspots. The rear camera could have had a slightly wider view, I put it on the underside of the license plate so I can see my hitch and where I'm going. That seemed to work better.

Terrible! Bluetooth doesn't work for music as claimed. Absolutely NO instructions! There is no support number to call with questions. Navigation will show maps of your location but will NOT find an address you typed! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! After ripping my dash apart and removing the stock radio I was back to square one and had to reinstall everything again. Such a joke!

The camera image is excellent, but has a narrow field of view and only really works when the clutch is connected. You still have to rely on mirrors for backup and parking. The radio recorder is great. The only issue I had with installing it was depth with GPS and a radio antenna on the back. I need to mill some plastic/steel brackets behind the stereo. Update: 11/05/18. My FM and AM radio didn't work. It happened by mistake after the update. I googled and couldn't find any solution to this hizpo. They contacted the seller and due to the language barrier I don't think he understood me. After playing around with all the settings for several months, I noticed that under the date and time, if you set them automatically, it says you are in China.
