Update: 11/05/18. My FM and AM radio didn't work. It happened by mistake after the update. I googled and couldn't find any solution to this hizpo. They contacted the seller and due to the language barrier I don't think he understood me. After playing around with all the settings for several months, I noticed that under the date and time, if you set them automatically, it says you are in China. I switched it to New York time as I saw it was closest to me and the radio worked again. Previous issue fixed below. It worked great and I loved it. Bought on 2/20/18 and yesterday the screen flipped then went completely white and now the screen doesn't work. Only there is a white screen. It's too new to have any problems.
