Don't expect customer/product support.

The device I received had Android 7.1.2 but the description says this device has Android 9.0. At first, the seller offered to send me a firmware update, but later said that he could not provide a firmware update. Instead, they offered me to buy another device. INDEED? What is Customer/Product Support?
