Quality and vibration works and looks great. However, that doesn't work for my cat. Tried, the sound doesn't work. Then I tried vibration level 1-9 and my cats think it's a toy. I've only tried 1-3 shock levels but it doesn't seem to work either. I heard something but my cats don't feel anything. I checked some other reviews and they have the same problem with the shock function. I probably won't recommend it if you intend to use it on cats. I think the only good thing is the size and weight that suits my cat. And it looks good. So I will return it.
