For cfmoto I installed the rear mounts on the lower control arm and not the upper spring mount. I re-drilled the outer or top holes on the bracket to still get the necessary buoyancy and ensure the spring clears the hoop. It seems much stronger than drilling holes in the top spring mount where the lift mount bolts alone would have to carry the full load. And so if I ever wanted to remove the lift the machine would be standard again compared to drilling holes in a hard to reach area in the dome bearing area. The new hole I drilled in the bracket was a 45 instead of the pre-drilled 90, it worked great.
