Review on Enhance Productivity with CKL HDMI KVM 2 Port 4K 30Hz Dual Monitor Extended Display (CKL-922HUA) by Kevin Barbon

Bought this KVM switch in April 2020. Worked fine until August 2020 when one of the computers I attached to the switch (let's call it Computer A) stopped receiving signals from the attached keyboard. No big deal, I just used a second keyboard connected directly to Computer A. Sure it was annoying, but it still mostly worked. In October 2020, Computer A started receiving signals from the keyboard connected to the KVM switch again (without any action). my own; it just worked again) but then one of the monitors connected to the KVM switch says "NO SIGNAL" no matter which computer (A or B) is currently selected on the KVM switch. To make sure this isn't an issue with the HDMI cables, I replaced new HDMI cables in both "HDMI OUT" ports that go to the displays. Whatever I plugged into the port labeled "HDMI OUT B" on the KVM switch didn't work. The "HDMI OUT B" port just stopped working for no reason. I can't think of any other reason why a $120 device failed in 6 months other than the questionable workmanship. This device worked well for a while and was great, but unless you want to roll the dice because you have to buy a new one twice a year, I would look for a device from another manufacturer.
