The ottoman came in a surprisingly small box. The ottoman had creases when I took it out of the box, but the creases quickly began to smooth out. The kit does not include filling. I recommend getting a bag of polyfill from your local store. I found 12 pounds to be the ideal amount. The color matched the photos on the product page. Smooth, high-quality stitching looks and feels like a well-made product. The skin odor is there, not intrusive, but will eventually go away naturally. Very practical as a footstool. Aside from being functional, it decorates my living room beautifully. This is definitely a 5 star product.
