I bought the Sonicare Airfloss Ultra about 9 months ago because I was very impressed with my Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush. I was torn between WaterPik and Airfloss. Airfloss had several advantages: rechargeable, wireless, space-saving, self-contained, and easy to maintain. I decided that over time I would use it a lot more, and this turned out to be true. It still works great but recently there was a small leak in the mouthwash container. Perhaps it should have been designed with some sort of replaceable O-ring. Leaks are only a minor annoyance and do not affect performance. I like it because it's unobtrusive, I use it and it still works. I generally avoid rechargeable devices where the battery isn't user-changeable. It feels like I'm investing in a product that is ultimately doomed to fail and I can relate to disgruntled customers whose devices have stopped working. Philips is very good at marketing and I hope their products live up to the reputation they have built. I expect durability from products I pay more for and would be very unhappy if they stopped working tomorrow. Only four stars because I would hesitate to recommend this product but so far it has worked well.
