Bought ALL Philips Sonicare Airfloss models. and they ALL broke within a few months. This "new and improved" model lasted 5 months. This is outrageous and honestly I should stop buying them now. I love the concept but the execution is just BAD.

I used it for about a month and then put it away after doing what the storage literature says. After a few months I turned it on and tried using it. again. Obviously nothing is clogged anywhere, but the airflow does not collect the product. I wish some of the other negative reviews were what I read at the time of purchase. At the same time I bought Marnur and the thing is like an energizer battery. It just keeps working. I will stick with it. Too bad I bought Philips.

I love this item. Easy to use. No string is as good as the old pickaxe. I've been using it every day since I got it unlike dental floss which was a failure. I have had no bleeding gums or pain while using this item.

I liked using it for 1-2 months when it really worked. Accidentally stopped working last night. I reloaded it so it's there but the button doesn't work. I had another one that lasted more than 2 years before it stopped holding a charge.

I purchased the product and followed all the instructions to get started. Worked fine for 6 days. It stopped working and I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Eventually I gave up and contacted the manufacturer. I had a long conversation with a support person. She said they would send me a package for a refund. She should be with me in 5-7 days. That was 16 days ago. Tried calling support again today. I was on hold for an hour before giving up. I do not recommend this product at all.
