Not exactly. I loved the calibration feature, but it doesn't eliminate inaccuracies.
product which is not calibrated for ice water. Bought 2 of them; calibrated several times in the same ice water, and the units stayed 1.5–2 degrees apart. Not good enough. It is also not calibrated up to 32 degrees. Only up to 34 during calibration. It should be reset to 32. Other brands indicate 32 degrees water. (I checked the water temperature with another digital device)
