Thought it was a good leather collar. It turned out to be a composite leather collar. It started dividing at the d-joint where you attach the line. It fell apart last night as my dog ran, I have to say, not very fast and his leash got caught. Usually he just stops and stands there waiting for me to let him go. Today he kept walking without slowing down. This is the second collar I have bought for this dog. The first latch didn't click, and he lowered his collar further. I bought a leather collar as it will be a great collar for him when he grows up. Do not buy this collar that is passed off as thin leather.
