The ability to view and manage all of our campaigns in a single dashboard. The integration with the other marketing and sales platforms that we use. The ability to create custom fields for our accounts. The ability to set up our own workflow and rules. I wish that the UI could be a little more intuitive. It can be difficult to navigate at times. I would highly recommend Blitzen to anyone looking for a single platform that offers all of the tools needed to manage and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy. We are able to track all of our leads and opportunities in one place. We are able to view all of our campaigns in one place. We are able to set up custom fields for the accounts that we manage. We are able to set up our own workflow and rules.
