The ability to view and manage all of our campaigns in a single dashboard. The integration with the other marketing and sales platforms that we use. The ability to create custom fields for our accounts. The ability to set up our own workflow and rules. I wish that the UI could be a little more intuitive. It can be difficult to navigate at times. I love how easy it was for us to set up an account in less than 10 minutes! They helped me understand my business needs better so we could setup our first campaign very quickly. Their support staff was also fantastic - always willing to follow through and help if needed. There's nothing really I dislike about this tool at all.
