I like how it is user friendly with no technical knowledge required to use it. The platform offers many features which allows our customers to keep up with their accounts easily. It also has an excellent customer support system if there are any issues encountered while using the website or application. Nothing much as of now but i believe they could improve upon certain things such as adding more payment options for its users so we don't have to go through multiple websites just because some payments do not work well within this one. We started out by doing surveys about what people want from us online. This gave us insights into where to make improvements in terms of marketing strategies.
