They are pretty and arrived quickly. My first problem is that they arrived folded so I had to spend some time bending the crease out of the big mats. Seconly, the packaging is stressful. Imagine my surprise when, while separating the mats, I discovered huge staples holding them together. I needed a screwdriver to pry up the teeth praying the mats wouldn't development holes and be ruined. Lastly, I had to turn the rest mats sideways so that the would be able to lay flat and neither of the front mats fit my car which is a 2017 VW Tiguan.
