Used almost every day (I eat a lot of salad). I like to add julienne zucchini and carrots to salads. It looks so luxurious. I'm having some issues with the cleanup feature. First, I wonder why they didn't make it "straight" instead of curled. It's not really a problem, it just is. The main difference between this and an old-fashioned knife is that the blade is in the same direction as the handle. It's also at a 90 degree angle to the handle, so it's not, I don't know, ergonomic. It's not that it doesn't work very well; it does. But I find cleaning with this thing a little awkward for some things, although maybe that's because I've spent my entire life cleaning things with just one type of cleaner. I'm also missing something to poke the eyes out of a potato, so I'll probably get another old-fashioned peeler for that. The julienne feature is great. But since I'm going to get a standard vegetable cutter for the no-julienne function, I'm giving it 4 stars.
