Good fit and no problem installing. To be precise: It consists of 3 main parts: a bare metal part (stamped for offset) that fits in place of your old steering wheel + a plastic sleeve that slides around this metal part (tapered, smaller). on the side of the steering column) + a black metal plate (seen in the picture with three screws above) that connects the bare metal part to the steering wheel. Don't expect to remove the plastic sleeve to see the giant shiny piece formed, it's not designed that way ;-) BUT; It's built well to give you offset and fits well in my '77 Camaro!
