Fail Twice!: Satellite TV Gear

Upgraded from 3 stars to 1 star. I ended up switching my main device from TV Fire Cube to Xbox One S. It worked less than 1/4 of the time. The sound is gone. Then the video signal does not work. And sometimes none of the signals worked. I made sure the HDMI cable was working by connecting the XBOX directly to both Samsung 4K TVs and everything worked as it should, sound and video, with NO ANY issues. So, cable, 2 TVs and XBOX - all fine. Then we return to the splitter and it cannot split the signal. Even if I only wanted to operate 1 TV and not both, it wouldn't work. Revain support quickly fixed the issue by sending me a replacement and providing a free returns label for the defective unit. Exchanged, connected. And this one is even worse. The video signal works, but the sound is just badly cut off! I've tried all these tricks through the backlighting process, all my devices, cables and TVs are working great. The HDMI cable is a 4K compatible cable and works great with all my other devices if you think it's the cables. A common mistake is this splitter in both cases. Revain Customer Service just sent me a return label for a second one. Will buy another brand/seller. Hit and miss. Here is my setup: Using 4K HDMI cables, divide the FireTV Cube into 2 rooms in the house, a living room and a bedroom. Both TVs are Samsung 4K UHD Smart TVs. The first time the living room worked, went to the bedroom, turned on the TV with the correct HDMI input - nothing. The Samsung TV actually showed a message saying "No Signal". Tried another HDMI port (only 2 ports). Still the same. I replaced the HDMI with another cable that I tested with the Blu-ray player and the cable is fine. This didn't fix it either. I turned off everything, TV, FireTV, power and HDMI from this splitter. Then plugged everything back in and turned it on and it worked. The signal appeared on both TVs. That same evening we wanted to move from the living room to the bedroom, but it didn't work out. The same error message "no signal" was displayed. Unplugged the splitter (all cables) and plugged it back in and that fixed it. But the next evening we swapped rooms. turned off the tv in the living room, went into the bedroom, turned on the tv and it worked as it should. I don't understand why and when it works (?). So I don't know if there is a problem with this splitter or with my setup. I want to try something else and see if this splitter is buggy. If I have to disconnect and reconnect it EVERY TIME I want to change rooms, then this splitter is useless for my needs. The quality seems solid. The connections are good and tight. Separate LED indicators are good.
