Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

The son said that vitamins in tablets are more than the daily norm.
My opinion is that this is taking into account digestibility. That is, 70% is digested, with a content of 130% you get 100%. This is my guess without researching the issue.
I swam in cold water and dived. Taking vitamins, there was no standard runny nose and even a mild cold as usual.
