I've been using petroleum jelly on my lips for years and have found several ways to take it with me (no mini-bath required, I have to put my dirty fingers in to apply) such as by pouring in lipstick bottles. The problem is that petroleum jelly is great at retaining moisture, but it doesn't replace it if it's lost, so it's been a constant re-ordering process. As a vegan I wanted a beeswax free moisturizer and I came across this. There was definitely an adjustment period as I wasn't used to the feeling of my lips not being smeared with petroleum jelly, but I pushed through and noticed a change in a couple of weeks. My lips are really hydrated! They don't really have a flavor, which is good for me because it keeps me from pounding them and doesn't require constant reapplying. Although they smell nice (Superfruit is my favorite and I love this pack that lets me switch between them). I hope they never stop making this product as it is now my only lip balm and my lips are happy with it.
