Fly (bug) is constantly in the non-stick layer.
I was so excited to receive this item and it looks amazing but quality control failed on what I received. A whole fruit fly was stuck into the nonstick and there was a small area around it where the nonstick didn't stick. I tried to wash as roughly as possible (don't want to damage the non-stick coating) and most of the flies came off, but their outlines and possibly the wings were permanent in this jar.
