Review on unitworx by Peter Zouhair

I like that it has everything in one place as far monitoring goes.

It's easy for me because when something comes up my manager can see what we are working with at any given time rather than having multiple different applications open or emails going back an forth about certain issues/tickets they want addressed. Sometimes there could be more options within some areas but overall this software works great! We have been able solve our problems quickly without much hassle from anyone else outside UnitWorf themselves!!
