I was looking for an easy way to add some SSDs (also with the goal of performance) and bought this PCI-e postcard. All I needed was a screwdriver to connect drives. One problem I had with my Dell BIOS is that it doesn't show up as a bootable device initially. In a test, I only wanted to use one of the two drives as a Win 10 drive. To make this work, enable "Legacy Option ROMs" and it boots, but in UEFI mode I still get "no boot devices found". Press F1 to continue and the system will boot from this card. One day I will find out and it might work differently with a different motherboard BIOS.
