Quality was definitely durable, and seemed high quality to me. However, it was pretty heavy, and the arm would not support it well. Also, it's a pretty large size. I think it's a little much for a standard shower/tub. If you have a remodeled or newly designed shower, then this could work well. I could not get a good height out of it, and so it didn't feel powerful enough for me. I also don't think our water pressure was strong enough for it, but maybe I could have tried it without the water flow restrictor. It's a nice product, but it's larger than an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.
