Quality was definitely durable, and seemed high quality to me. However, it was pretty heavy, and the arm would not support it well. Also, it's a pretty large size. I think it's a little much for a standard shower/tub. If you have a remodeled or newly designed shower, then this could work well. I could not get a good height out of it, and so it didn't feel powerful enough for me. I also don't think our water pressure was strong enough for it, but maybe I could have tried it without the water…

Great so far. I love it! The arm was too short for me, so I got a longer extension arm. I also hooked it up to my shower brush! Love it! I will check back in if some drastic happens.

The only draw back is the manual adjustment of the head. That's my feedback! You have to unscrew to adjust the height or the angle.

The shower head and the extender arm both looked to be nice high quality products at the initial unboxing. However the installation proved that the arm was crap. The arm cannot support the weight of the shower head, so it drops terribly once installed. The shower head itself ran good, good even flow just what you want from a rain shower, but if you need an extender arm (which is basically a necessity with a rain shower head) make sure you order a different one!

This is a great product, well at least me and my kids think so. My wife on the other hand says it's not enough pressure to get out her conditioner. I agree with the pressure being a little on the low side, but I think it's just fine for a rain shower. I would definitely recommend this product.

It's way better than the old shower had I had before and so far I had no problems with it.I noticed a few things, like the head shower it's heavy and after I installed it was all good until I turned the water on. The arm could not stay in position because it was too heavy. I didn't give up like other and I came up with an idea (see pictures) I did not spend money on this trick just random stuff I had in my house. So far it works great. This an amazing item if installed right, please remove the old shower head with the 1/2" bent pipe, replace with straight 1/2" dia. 2 1/2" long gulvanizes pipe with tephlone on both ends, screw every thing and tighten one time so avoiding scratches.Great product see photos done this minute. I do like it was easy to install nice heavy shower head. The only thing I don't like is the arm that came with the shower head had a joint that was to weak to keep the shower head up.

It took a while to find the perfect placement but once we installed it. The result was amazing, the wide shower head with the little holes, Makes the water split and it literally feels like a smooth rain cloud over your head. I adjusted my water flow to be wider so the water does not sprinkle out. Also i recommend getting so study materials to keep the shower head up.

I have had this shower for several months, and I have to say I don't regret it one bit. The water pressure in my apartment complex is terrible, and this shower head still manages to give me the experience I need.

Put this into our shower in our new construction home. We have the shower head piping coming out of the ceiling directly above the middle of the shower. This shower head works amazingly well. It is the definition of a luxury experience in the shower. Similar heads from the big brands are multiple hundreds of dollars. This head is as great to use today as it was a year ago when we got it. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
