Disappeared in less than 24 hours!
I tightened the thread to the stop, but as I soon found out, the thread connection is not good. The day after I got this I worked out at the gym and when I got changed when I got home the ball was gone. Perhaps adding a drop of Lock-tite to the threads could prevent this? (This step wasn't mentioned in the docs that came with this bar, so shouldn't be a requirement.) In conclusion, I don't recommend this article.
