Cute leggings over leggings

I love the style of these leggings but after reading a few reviews about them running small I gave them a closer look. But now I wish I was my normal size because they are a bit loose on me which is not great with leggings. Also, the leggings are a bit see through in both the yellow and white pair I bought but overall I like them but will probably go back for a size smaller.
