I bought this collar in blue and it arrived relatively quickly and is very cute. But it's definitely too small. I have a Beagle (who is overweight) but I usually buy him a medium sized collar and harness but this collar was about 2 sizes too small. If you usually take the medium, I recommend the XL. He was so small he couldn't even wrap himself around his neck. He weighs about 55 pounds but is only 12-13 inches tall (yes we put him on a diet, less treats and more walking) but the collar was so small I gave it to my younger half-sister who has pooches pooches . /Jack Russell Terriers. This is the only reason I gave this item a 4 star rating. I will definitely try to buy a size larger.
