Review on 🔀 Neoteck 6-Way Coax Cable Splitter MoCA 5-2500MHz: Premium Coaxial Splitter for Improved Signal Distribution by Richard Alemayehu

There were two of these splitters and both were faulty. I want to switch to another brand. The first one I got caused a lot of noise on my coax line and caused my modem to display thousands of uncorrected packets within five minutes of installing it. The replacement I received didn't cause any uncorrected packets, but severely limited my throughput. I ran a speed test on my old non-MoCA splitter (provided by my ISP) and got a 12ms ping, 356Mbps and 64Mbps. After installing this splitter I ran a test and found a ping of 35ms, 86Mbps in and 0.76Mbps in. To make sure nothing happened to my ISP I installed an old splitter and mine Ping, download, and upload bandwidth immediately returned to their original speeds. Just to make sure I replaced the new splitter again and saw the same slower behavior. I cannot recommend this product.
