Everything works and does not play

Pro: This product is excellent as a business device. The range is amazing. The battery life is excellent. It is very light and does not hurt even if you wear it for a long time. When using the headband, the earphone can be rotated more than 270Β° to use it on either ear. Audio. Cons: The mute indicator is on the product's charging cradle, not on the tip of the microphone where it's visible to the user. This means that whenever the user is away from the cradle, it is not possible to determine the hardware mute status without pressing the mute button to listen for the mute/unmute signal. The charging stand is exactly what it sounds like - a stand. Compared to other headsets that only require a USB adapter and charging cable, this requires a lot of hardware and is not suitable for business travelers. The device is intended for use in a call center and, unsurprisingly, the sound quality is very high. short. This was probably a conscious design decision to extend battery life, but that makes this device unsuitable for mixed use for work and play. The built-in mute button has a piston design on the volume up/down button and an incredible number of buttons. The scratching on the body is transmitted to the conversation partner via the microphone. There's no way to mute the sound using just the hardware. The volume up/down button is oriented up/down, which makes sense when worn on the right ear. However, when switching to the left ear, the user must note that the volume control is now reversed. It would be better to align it along the axis of the microphone holder. Overall: Great buy for the 9-5 stationary office worker. Look elsewhere if you need to travel or if you want to use it outside of work.
