When I bought these I had no idea how big a 55 gallon bag was. Although now I know. They are very durable and could probably be used to cover a small patio bistro for the winter. I say huge, here. I gave most of mine to a handyman and replaced them with 33 gallon bags which are much more useful as household trash bags. If you're looking for a durable plastic bag that can hold a lot of everything, this is a great choice.
