I like that it is easy to use as well has being able to do everything from one platform! It was not so difficult in order to create forms but maybe more templates could be added? Also there would have been an option of creating custom fields which you can't find out anywhere else since this software only allows standard options (which makes sense).

The benefits include having all your information centralized. This also helps me manage my client's files easily because they're kept organized through their own folder structure within each page/documentation type file we work together on.
