Review on Hire.Video by Kyle Ross

I like all three of my interviews with their team to be conducted so far in just one week time period (4+ hours). They are flexible when it comes to times for both me & them - which has been helpful while juggling work during Covid19 pandemic. My hiring manager also contacted directly by phone to see how everything was going since our initial chat online about 3 weeks back but that did not happen then either because we were still arranging schedules etc. This can always improve though.- 1) Need more flexibility regarding scheduling appointments / meetings especially now that social distancing seems necessary across countries/states within US.2.) Not enough support staff involved or available from time management point of view once they become unavailable due to sick leave if needed over the weekend e.g., Sunday off?3.) Interview process needs better documentation provided via email prior to face to face meeting with candidate such as resume uploads along side current profile picture used at this stage. If possible having additional screens where documents uploaded would have helped make interviewing smoother. I like that it has helped me create a good pipeline of candidates. It also has helped me weed out those who are not a fit for my team. The only thing that I dislike about Hire.Video is that sometimes it takes longer to process compared with other services. If you need help finding candidates, this is worth looking at. We have been able to filter candidates quickly by using our preferred keywords.
