Whilst the units appear to be very durable one unit was slightly damaged there was very little flexing. I know it wasn't shipping damage as neither the original packaging nor the shipping box was damaged. The curvature is so slight that I didn't even ask for a replacement. The instructions do not indicate how to install anchors in drywall. Although I know the process, I would still like to know the recommended drill bit size. I figured it out and everything was fine. As mentioned above, the devices feel solid and look good. My only complaint is the row spacing, they need to be spaced half an inch further apart. Standard spice bottles will do. The "standard big" bottles are fine, but only if you tip them sideways, meaning you won't be able to fill the entire row. Everything else only goes to the top row. I realize that I cannot carry very large disposable sizes; but "large standard size" bottles are fairly common and should be accommodated.
