Serious bakers should be warned that these products were not designed for the heavy-duty brand names you are accustomed to. I wouldn't buy them again. They got such good reviews that I thought I'd found an unbranded product that would be just as good as the better brands we're all familiar with. I can't give them a bad rating though as you get what you pay for and they are probably comparable to their price point. The tablespoon handle flexed slightly when I applied some pressure while measuring and packaging the brown sugar. Then I noticed that the quality is not that good.
