I do auto detailing on the side and use the MC1385 regularly. What I love about it is that unlike the old "spray and wipe" cleaning methods, you steam the area and within seconds the dirt and grime just dissolves and can be easily wiped off with a microfiber cloth. No multiple passes, repaints, etc. With this I can clean dirty, oily door openings, door sills, door panels, fabrics, dashboards and consoles. It removes stubborn scratches from dashboards and doors that cannot be wiped off. I recently cleaned the interior of a very dirty Ford Escape. Dirt, dirt, dust. It was bad. The MC1385 tore it apart, cleaned everything and got rid of the horrible smells. This left the interior smelling clean and fresh. Best of all, using vaping chemicals won't leave you with the unpleasant odor that detergents leave, which only mask odors but don't eliminate them. See photos below. If you're in doubt about the price, spend your money and buy something that's good quality and has accessories for just about everything you need to clean. It's a purchase you won't regret, one that makes cleaning easier and even a little bit more fun if there is such a thing. Dislikes: As much as I love it, there are a few things that bother me, but I found a workaround: Attachments: Comes with a pouch and there are a few small attachments that can easily get lost. Buy one of those clear plastic ziplock bags and you'll keep it all together. The default bag is a reusable shopping bag that closes with a tiny velcro strap. Warm up: This takes about 15 minutes. I found that the steam had to heat up, pull the trigger a few times to get the water through the machine, and then let the steam build for about five minutes. Then get down to business. To make your life easier, use the plastic funnel to fill the tank, it is almost impossible to fill it with the small cup provided. Rather suggestions to improve this car. Break the price and buy something you'll find a million uses for, not some underpowered "tight and clean" machine like the ones you see on the list. You will not regret the investment. I love this car and know it saved me a lot of time, effort and nerves. I don't know how I managed without it.
