Review on 🌟 Capresso Cafe Select: Premium Stainless Steel Espresso and Cappuccino Machine for Professional Brewing by Steven Darkshnar

This machine always makes great espresso, especially when I have the best coffee beans and grind. Contrary to one of the previous reviews, I have to use a fine grind with a coffee grinder to get a great crema. And the steam wand is really where this machine takes things to a "professional" level. This machine produces better microfoam than previous machines I've had in this price range. Again, it took me a few times to get the feel of this vapor wand but it has always produced foam and now microfoam which I prefer. cool to make more espresso, otherwise the water will be too hot and over-extracted. So it could be "minus" but they mention it in the manual. My other downside is that unlike the previous Capresso model, this device only has one portafilter. This is a high quality, heavy and well made filter, but the previous model included a bottomless filter which I would like to have in this model as well. I have not yet found a bottomless filter for this device. This probably won't be a problem for most users. Other good things to note is that it keeps the cups really warm and it's just a beautiful device. It does require some cleaning, and no - it doesn't automatically stop refilling your cup for you like a previous reviewer wanted, but it's not advertised. Plus, it only takes 30 seconds of your life to make a quality espresso. If you like the machine, buy a pod coffee maker with stale coffee. Note. I bought this exact 'Cafe Select' machine at the same price but from another online retailer because they didn't have it in stock when I bought it. But at the time of writing this review, I've owned it for a month.
