Review on 🔌 Oasser Electric Inflator Portable Hand Held Pump with Digital LCD, Rechargeable 12V Li-ion Battery, 130PSI P2 by Adam Abner

I received this item a few months ago and it worked great. Really easy to use and auto shut off at recommended air pressure prevents over inflating. However, a few weeks ago I had a problem with the battery as it stopped charging. After trying several possible "fixes" but none of them worked, I contacted Oasser Direct through Revain. I received a reply from Bonnie within 48 hours and after several emails she decided to replace the entire compressor. She apologized for the product defect and inconvenience and I sent the defective compressor back in exchange for a new one. Bonnie was very helpful, polite and professional throughout the process and I am impressed with how well Oasser Direct stands behind their product.
