Gives more than ankle support

Most of these braces have a cut out for the heel. This one covers the whole area. This is good for me because I have been having issues with the muscles in the heel. This gives nice firm support for the ankle and the heel.I have found that these tend to run a bit small and as the fabric is very firm, you might what to use a size larger than what you would with a softer fabric.Also, you get two braces in the package
