The bracket that mounts to the wall has holes too large to fit the studs. They include drywall anchors in the box, but come on; I don't even think drywall anchors will hold up a large, immovable picture frame. The vibrating fan will come out and fall on my kids. I riveted the bracket to a piece of 1/8" aluminum plate with holes in the middle so I could attach it to the stud behind the drywall with 2" wood screws. The fan itself is good, blows a lot of air, fairly quiet, fairly balanced, very little vibration. until someone sticks a pencil in it and breaks a blade, then it vibrates like all my other fans, and I'm glad it's attached to a hairpin.
