It has been assembled and all the tabs for the top have been removed. The floor can only be assembled with the nuts up, leaving 4 large obstacles on each leg. Not a big problem, but what a crappy design. The torn tabs at the top prompted me to go to Ace for larger bolts, but they were loose as well. I'll have to drill and screw them in later for sure. Why not use threaded three-bladed propellers in their design, or just a thru-bolt on top? One wheel is also bent. So I have a used shopping cart.
