Those are nice hooks. Unfortunately, they seem to be losing their suppleness.

These are beautiful hooks. Unfortunately, they quickly lose their suppleness. I saw on their website that they sell needle and hook wax which I will try. Due to their light "handle" they can be used comfortably with slippery soft yarns. I had no benefit from arthritis, but my hands never got cold from aluminum hooks.

Pros

Because of its tensile strength and stability, birch is an excellent wood for making knitting needles and hooks; All Brittany pieces hold their size, won't warp and offer an exceptionally smooth finish
