What I liked about it: This allows it to slide on different surfaces. This makes it convenient , if you want to temporarily move it out of the way (e.g. with a bar table), but it still feels very stable when you stand on it and doesn't dodge you, so use your foot to touch it when needed To move in place when not needed - It really helps reduce fatigue when standing - I can stand on hard tiles for a long time I don't like: - I wish the price was about $10 cheaper It always is still a fairly basic anti-fatigue mat. There are many other similar rugs that do the job just as well. Fatigue reduction is about $20 cheaper than that. They don't usually have features that make them wearable (smooth bottom and bumpy top). I am wed I'm not sure if these features make the difference in price. With that in mind, there are several other competitors offering similar products for almost twice the price, so it doesn't seem like the price is out of the ordinary.
