The flat wall mount is the best among TVs ceiling and wall mounts
Great product, I used it for a 47 inch LCD TV, it was more than enough for its 60lb weight. The close proximity of the TV to the wall meant (in my case) that I had to use angle adapters for the connections, check your TV's connections before deciding on the depth of the wall mount, otherwise the installation went very well.
