Unusable on carpet. in nozzles and brushes

It just doesn't work on carpeted floors. The brushes rotated for (barely) about 10 minutes. The internal friction of the moving parts blocked it. I disassembled the internals, cleaned them and lubricated them with silicone spray lube made specifically for plastics. The device continued to work for about 20 minutes before it snapped back into place. It goes in the trash can. I will finish with the hand brush that came with the machine.
